  • Ceasar Salad Dressing Mix

When I made this recipe I cut the recipe in half to make enough for 4 chicken breasts for wraps. I made a few more minor changes to the recipe. I didn't use grated lemon rind as I was out of lemons. I cut way back on the oregano and dry mustard. Next time I will cut way back on the cayenne as it was a bit on the spicy side! Also I didn't add any wet ingredients just used the dry. This recipe was posted here on Food.Com per my request! Thank you duonyte!

  • Natural Sugar-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk

I don't like added sugar when it's unnecessary, but I really dislike chemical sweeteners.

  • Hearty Breakfast Scramble

I've been trying to eat healthier by incorporating lots more veggies into my diet in place of other higher fat foods I normally eat. The vibrant colors of the spinach and yellow bell pepper in this mean I am getting much needed vitamins that are not found in animal products. And the black beans add an extra bit of protein in place of the bacon or sausage I would normally eat with eggs.

  • Bobby Flay's Kentucky Ham Salad

This salad was created by Bobby Flay who sees it as a fall salad. I think it would be terrific as a summer salad, too though you may have to substitute for the fresh figs. The combination of ingredients look outstanding and somewhat Mediterranean. Recipe appeared in People magazine.

  • Ree Drummond's Cheeseburger Salad

This is an adaption of a Pampered Chef recipe that's great for the coming hot weather, says Ree. She says, "It's crazy, crazy good." It's similar to a taco salad (it's made with ground meat, cheese and tomatoes on top of lettuce) but the addition of pickles and buttery croutons give it a whole new life. This recipe appears on Ree's blog; I don't believe it has been on her television program yet.

  • Beef-Less Burrito

I recommend you make your own humus and salsa or purchase at the store. I prefer to know exactly what is in my food! P.S. The hubby was impressed that it made him full without any meat. We are severe carnivores and this is a nice change.

  • Pork Chop Stew

This is a scrumptious dish that is best made in a slow cooker for approximately 6 - 8 hours on high. It was thickened about 30 minutes before serving and the uncooked noodles were added at the last minute. Enjoy!
